In comparison to ATCC 25922, the fabI expression was increased (> 2-fold) in DC8358 (fold-changes: 5.69 ± 0.49), DC8419 (fold-changes: 25.14 ± 0.42), DC8424 (fold-changes: 5.11 ± 0.43), DC8603 (fold-changes: 34.05 ± 0.23), and DC8724 (fold-changes: 41.85 ± 0.59)
